Lisa lives in Moy, County Clare, overlooking the Atlantic ocean. She is originally from Dublin, where she trained for 4 1/2 years as an Herbalist and Naturopath.

Lisa uses a combination of both western and eastern herbal medicine, combining the more scientific western approach with the more subtle energetic approach of the east.She considers all influencing factors to an individuals health in order to achieve permanent lasting results.
