Yvonne holds an M.A in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy and is currently working in private practice here in the North Clare Area. Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy is based on the belief that each person has an inherent ability to overcome and grow through their life challenges and struggles. Yvonne helps her clients through the therapeutic relationship to explore their issues, identify and focus on their feelings and help develop client's self-awareness of the underlying factors that may be contributing to these feelings. Yvonne works with both adults and adolescents usually meeting clients on a weekly basis.
